📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment fleet (A2B).
• Lead a team of 10-15 maintenance technicians, ensuring all equipment is operational and meets safety standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of mining projects.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure high standards of work.
• Monitor and report on equipment performance and maintenance costs.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, preferably in the mining industry.
• Proven track record of leading maintenance teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Certification in heavy equipment maintenance (e.g., Caterpillar, Komatsu, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., SAP, Maximo, or similar).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
