📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and coffee beverages to guests, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Stock and manage inventory of bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, and equipment, to maintain optimal levels.
• Assist in the training and development of new bar staff, sharing your expertise and ensuring consistent service quality.
• Operate and maintain bar equipment, including espresso machines, blenders, and refrigeration units, to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.
• Promote a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring that all guests feel valued and respected.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in mixology and bar service to continuously improve your skills.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create and serve unique food and drink pairings that enhance the dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or barista in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and coffee preparation methods.
