🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and operational excellence.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in P&L management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in managing a team of 50+ professionals.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
