As the HR & Office Operations Executive, you will be responsible for setting up HR policies, managing employee relations, and optimizing office workflows. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviews.
Coordinate with local authorities and compliance officers to ensure adherence to labor laws.
Set up and maintain office administrative systems, including payroll and leave management.
Handle recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and hiring.
Organize and facilitate team-building activities and training sessions.
Assist in the development of employee benefits and wellness programs.
Monitor and improve office efficiency and workflow processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and office operations, preferably in a growing organization.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
