📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent table service, including refilling drinks and clearing plates.
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of tables, both before and after service.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and discreetly.
• Stay up-to-date with the restaurant's menu and specials, and recommend items to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, including proper handling and presentation of dishes.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
