📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track delinquent accounts using SAP Ariba to ensure timely collections.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate settlements.

• Prepare and submit collection reports to the management team on a regular basis.
