📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 3-6 years.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of nutritious meals and snacks following child nutrition guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to organize and participate in educational activities, field trips, and special events.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and the teaching team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the preschool program.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in preschool or early childhood education.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPR, First Aid, or other relevant certifications).
• Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
