- Supervise and manage daily agricultural operations to ensure optimal productivity and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in agricultural operations or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and supervising field teams.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural best practices and sustainable farming techniques.
- Proficiency in using agricultural management software such as SAP Agri, CropX, or similar tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
