📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Maintain and update technical documentation for water treatment systems
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Support the engineering team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of water treatment systems
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to the engineering department
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles within the engineering or water treatment industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of water treatment systems and industry regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus
- Certification in water treatment systems or related fields is a plus
