📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and submit accurate and competitive bids and proposals for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works.
• Monitor and report on project costs, ensuring compliance with budget and schedule.
• Analyze and interpret cost data to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed cost reports and forecasts for project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely cost information.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Provide cost-related advice and support to project managers and other stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, with a focus on Post Contract & Commercial Management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certification in Quantity Surveying or a related field is a plus.
