As an Apparel Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, including sourcing materials, coordinating with manufacturers, and ensuring timely delivery to meet client demands. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage product concepts from initial design to final production, ensuring alignment with brand and market trends.
• Source high-quality materials and fabrics from both local and international suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
• Coordinate with manufacturers to oversee production processes, including quality control and compliance with international standards.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with global buyers, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to drive product innovation and development.
• Monitor inventory levels and production schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet demand.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure product development aligns with brand identity and market positioning.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance product quality and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in apparel merchandising, product development, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of international trade and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with global partners.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
• Ability to travel internationally for business purposes.
