📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and innovation.,Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into your leadership approach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of HR management and labor laws is highly desirable.
