📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality assurance processes and standards.,Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects and issues.,Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.,Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve software quality.,Conduct performance testing and load testing to ensure software reliability and scalability.,Monitor and analyze software performance and quality metrics.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.,Proficient in manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.,Experience with performance testing and load testing tools.,Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
