📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety standards.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Participate in menu planning and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven ability to manage and train kitchen staff effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Experience in preparing a variety of dishes and cuisines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,High school diploma or equivalent.
