📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
