As our Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of interior design projects, from initial concept to final execution. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage interior design projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Microsoft Project or similar software.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise, ensuring that solutions are implemented promptly.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all projects meet our high standards of quality and creativity.
• Present project updates and reports to clients and stakeholders, providing clear and concise communication.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas into our projects.
• Foster a creative and collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation and teamwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the interior design industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and a passion for innovation.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
