📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement,Lead and mentor the operational team, providing guidance and support,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve operational goals,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Proven track record of success in managing operations and improving efficiency,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with ERP systems and software is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must
