In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
As an HRBP, your daily tasks will include conducting performance reviews, managing employee benefits, and coordinating with local stakeholders to ensure compliance with labor laws. You will also be involved in recruitment and selection processes, working closely with hiring managers to find the best talent for the team. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner or senior HR role
- Proficient in using HRIS systems such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
