Den Bloom Indonesia is looking for an experienced HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Maintain and update employee records and documents.
  • Conduct employee training and development programs.
  • Support the HR team in administrative tasks and projects.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
