📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure the gym is clean and well-maintained daily.
• Assist residents and guests with their fitness needs and provide safety instructions.
• Monitor and maintain all fitness equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Enforce gym policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all users.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of gym supplies and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown for gym-related activities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the fitness facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fitness facility or related role.
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies.
• Familiarity with gym software and equipment inventory systems.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
