📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers

- Conduct regular inventory checks and restocking as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of retail software and POS systems
- Familiarity with merchandising best practices
