Bold Code Group is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage our fleet of vehicles and ensure they are always in optimal condition. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with drivers, maintaining vehicle records, and ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Maintain and update vehicle records, including maintenance schedules and service history.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Manage fuel procurement and monitor fuel usage.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
