As a Graphic Designer cum Customer Service Specialist at BISHH Malaysia, you'll work closely with our design team to develop eye-catching T-shirt designs that resonate with our diverse customer base. You'll use your expertise in graphic design software to create high-quality visuals that align with our brand identity. Additionally, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and develop visually appealing T-shirt designs using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and quality of designs
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service through email, phone, and social media
• Manage and maintain customer records and order information
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the BISHH Malaysia brand

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
