📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain conveyor systems, including belt conveyors, bucket elevators, and screw conveyors, to ensure efficient material transport.
• Monitor conveyor performance and identify potential issues to prevent downtime and optimize production.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and reliability of conveyor systems.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve conveyor-related issues promptly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Conduct safety audits and provide feedback to improve overall safety practices.
• Document conveyor operations, maintenance activities, and safety incidents for record-keeping purposes.
• Participate in shift work as required to ensure continuous conveyor operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Conveyor Operator in the mining or industrial sector.
• Knowledge of conveyor systems, including belt conveyors, bucket elevators, and screw conveyors.
• Familiarity with conveyor maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
