📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and desserts.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries and desserts by following standard operating procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by working collaboratively with your team.,Assist in the preparation of special dietary requirements and allergens.,Support the Head Pastry Chef in planning and executing menu changes and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Familiarity with a variety of pastry techniques and equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western pastry recipes and trends.,Familiarity with basic food safety and hygiene practices.
