📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and update technical documentation for water treatment systems
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Support the engineering team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of water treatment systems
• Manage project schedules and budgets
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Provide administrative support to the engineering department
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles within the engineering or water treatment industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of water treatment systems and industry regulations
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus
• Certification in water treatment systems or related fields is a plus
