Accenture is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Learning & Development Analyst to join our team in Canggu, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and the needs of the employees.,Conduct needs assessments to identify the training and development requirements of the organization and its employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and use the feedback to continuously improve the learning and development initiatives.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning events to enhance the skills and knowledge of the employees.,Develop and maintain a strong network with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of learning and development initiatives.,Collaborate with the communications team to improve internal communications and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure that the organization remains competitive and innovative.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong background in training and development.,Experience in designing and delivering training programs in a fast-paced, global organization.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.,Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant training and development tools.,Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
