In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify opportunities for cost savings.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure quality and value.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
