📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.,Prepare and maintain operational reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the organization and scheduling of tasks to meet deadlines and priorities.,Support the team in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.,Assist in the implementation of quality control measures to ensure products meet standards.,Provide general administrative support to the operations team.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the operations or administrative field.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Good understanding of basic inventory management principles.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with basic quality control processes is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
