Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.
• Lead and mentor junior tax consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Conduct comprehensive tax planning and compliance audits for clients, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Develop and implement tax strategies that align with clients' business objectives and financial goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws, regulations, and industry trends, and proactively share this knowledge with the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality tax services.
• Contribute to the overall strategic growth of PT Luhur Antar's tax services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Leadership and mentorship experience, with the ability to guide and develop junior tax consultants.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in tax consulting or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with tax software and tools is a plus.
