Recruit, interview, and hire new employees,Manage employee records and benefits,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Handle employee grievances and conflicts,Assist with payroll processing,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Organize team-building activities and events,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
