As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Check guests in and out, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel's amenities and services.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including filing and organizing guest records.,Assist with reservations, cancellations, and changes as needed.,Monitor and manage the front desk schedule, including staffing and shift coverage.,Assist with any additional tasks as needed, such as handling mail, making copies, or preparing reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computers and common office software.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and guest relationship management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented attitude.
