As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our vehicle fleet. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a passion for logistics and transportation management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety protocols and company policies.,Oversee the logistics of vehicle assignments, ensuring that vehicles are in the right place at the right time.,Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics, such as fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.,Handle vehicle insurance, registration, and other administrative tasks.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
