📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations in the Denpasar area.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives and support staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Identify and address operational issues to improve efficiency and productivity.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food or retail industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
