📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage key accounts in the industrial automation and electrical connectivity sector, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure business objectives are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in industrial automation and electrical connectivity.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Adecco team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar role in the industrial sector.
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies and electrical connectivity solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
